Insurance Questions

As a benefit to our patients, we will complete and file claims for all patients with dental insurance.  All co-payments, insurance deductibles, and the estimated portion not covered by your insurance policy are due at the time service is rendered.  For patients who do not have insurance, full payment is expected at the time services are rendered. We accept payment in the form of cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit. Click here for more information.

We are an out-of-network provider. However, we will file your insurance claims for you after each visit. Out-of-network simply means our practice does not have a contract with any insurance company.  All insurance companies vary on the amount of coverage. To get a more accurate estimate,  please contact your insurance company or refer to your policy manual. We will be happy to assist you in finding any necessary information for this process.

We do not require prepayment of procedures that are covered by your dental insurance. However, your co-payment, deductible, and the estimated portion not covered by your insurance policy will be due at the time of service.  After reimbursement from your insurance company, you will be responsible for any outstanding balance.
